### **We're looking for your talent as an AFFILIATION ADVISOR!!** Position Objective Ensure an excellent customer experience by selling savings, investment, and insurance products to build long-term relationships. **Main Responsibilities** * Advise customers on Banco Azteca’s various savings, investment, and insurance products, promoting cross-selling. * Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities associated with a loan. * Ensure proper implementation and execution of the deposit, insurance, AFORE, and payroll strategies. * Open deposit accounts with balances and grow customer balances. * Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. * Become certified as an AFORE Promoting Agent. * Cambaceo: promoting products outside the point of sale. * Make calls to place payroll and pensioner loans. * Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat business and referrals. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Completed High School Diploma (mandatory). * Strong verbal communication skills. * Enjoyment of interacting with customers. * Experience in selling financial products and services related to savings, investment, and insurance. * Knowledge of AFORES. * Goal- and objective-oriented. * Experience in field-based customer prospecting activities (e.g., cambaceo). * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. * Integrity in performing duties. ***Value Proposition*** Fixed weekly salary starting from: $2,000. Weekly commissions Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year — increasing based on seniority. Working Conditions: Daily 8-hour schedule Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off. Weekly rotating schedule. One weekend day off per month.
