Position Summary * Location: Silao, Guanajuato, Mexico * Company: Nestlé Purina * Full-time * High school diploma completed A Day in the Life of... * Continuously identify, record, and report hazards and incidents in your work environment. * Comply with requirements outlined in the Integrated Management System (IMS), specifically within quality systems, by monitoring Critical Control Points (CCPs) in your area according to the Quality Management System (QMS), as well as various parameters ensuring product quality to fully satisfy both internal and external customers. * Maintain a results-oriented mindset and proactive cooperation, actively identifying and communicating quantifiable improvements that drive objective achievement through continuous improvement behaviors. * Perform equipment verification, organization, and cleaning before, during, and after the manufacturing process. * Operate equipment efficiently with the goal of achieving zero losses. * Conduct tests on product samples for quality control (sensory evaluation, moisture, fat, pH). Contribute to performance, productivity, and quality projects (e.g., consumer complaints). Complete management forms, update SAP records, and ensure operator understanding to enable efficient shift handovers.
