




**Major national technological implementation company** seeking to develop your talent as a **TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER**, due to growth. **Requirements:** * 6 months of experience (internships accepted) * Technical support. * Availability to travel within the area. **Education:** Technical degree in Systems or Computer Science, or related field — Systems Engineering. **Specific Knowledge:** * Knowledge of backup creation, formatting, and software and hardware installation. * Basic knowledge of structured cabling. * Knowledge of protocols and configuration of Active Directory accounts, domains, and VPN connections. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and configuration of new devices with Windows 10 or higher operating systems. * Configuration of applications, email, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint. * Corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment. * Repair of computers and peripherals. * Configuration of security policies. * Installation and configuration of antivirus and security consoles. * Installation and configuration of peripheral devices. **We Offer:** * Base monthly salary of 12,000 pesos, tax-free. * Travel allowances (local area transportation) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM * Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (half-day, depending on location)
