




Job Summary: Develop and execute creative visual concepts to effectively communicate brand messages, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. Job Objective Develop and execute creative visual concepts that effectively communicate our clients' brand messages, ensuring quality, consistency, and on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities * Design of advertising materials for BTL, ATL, and digital campaigns (POP, exhibition stands, displays, social media, presentations, etc.). * Development of creative concepts aligned with the client's brief and strategy. * Adaptation of artwork to various formats and preparation of files for print and digital media. * Quality supervision of proofs, mockups, and final deliverables. * Coordination with Operations and vendors to ensure proper production. * Time management, file organization, and project tracking. * Guidance and support to the Design Assistant. * Presentation of proposals and handling of client feedback. Required Profile * Completed Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in an advertising agency, BTL, or digital marketing environment. * Experience in developing POP materials, exhibition stands, and campaigns. * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere). * Basic knowledge of UX/UI (HTML5 and CSS3 are desirable).
