Job Summary: We are seeking a Platform Driver to operate the company's electric vehicles, transporting passengers courteously while ensuring safety and vehicle maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. We require a **PLATFORM DRIVER** (experience with platforms) with a secured vehicle (electric). **SCHEDULE:** 8-hour daily connection, one rotating day off per week. **EDUCATION:** Minimum completed high school diploma (verifiable). **EXPERIENCE IN:** Minimum one year performing passenger transportation via technological platforms. Experience driving within Mexico City and the metropolitan area. **KNOWLEDGE:** Advanced use of GPS applications (Google Maps, Waze), defensive driving, traffic regulations for Mexico City (CDMX) and State of Mexico (EDOMEX), basic smartphone usage. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:** Operation of standard transmission, automatic, hybrid, and electric vehicles; automotive mechanics; traffic rules; road safety; navigation and GPS usage. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Operate the vehicle assigned by the company on the platform during scheduled shifts and along assigned routes. * Maintain a minimum rating on the platform profile and report any incidents to the Operations Coordinator for resolution. * Serve platform users courteously and politely, always safeguarding passenger and driver safety. * Conduct the vehicle pre-shift checklist (fuel level, cleanliness, damage inspection, tire pressure) at the start of each shift. * Report any incident—whether involving the vehicle, a passenger, or any external matter—to the Operations Coordinator. * Return the vehicle to the operations center at the agreed times upon completion of the work shift and activities, reporting any incident or service anomaly. * Ensure confidentiality regarding activities, conversations, and personal information of transported passengers. * Maintain confidentiality of all information and data accessed during the course of employment. * Keep the company-assigned vehicle in good mechanical and aesthetic condition to ensure required safety standards. * Perform daily physical, mechanical, and hygiene inspections of the assigned vehicle using the corresponding checklist, and report any defects occurring either during or outside of working hours via vehicle handover/receipt procedures.
