Candidates currently working as payroll assistants or payroll analysts will also be considered. **Requirements:** Gender: Unspecified Education: High school diploma, or technical degree in administration, accounting, or related fields Experience: Mixed and/or traditional/flat payroll processing Experience as a payroll assistant and proficiency in Excel Experience with Contpaq or NOI **Responsibilities:** Payroll cycles: Weekly, biweekly, monthly Management of portals such as: IDSE, SIPARE, SUA, and INFONAVIT Knowledge of employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments Familiarity with the Federal Labor Law Salary integration calculations Knowledge of Base Salary (SBC), including adjustments due to raises, bonuses, or position changes, etc. EXCEL IS MANDATORY — basic formulas only, no macros. **We Offer:** Direct hiring Ongoing training Excellent work environment **Hybrid work arrangement (after the first 3 months)** Benefits exceeding legal requirements Excellent work environment and career growth Work location: Near Cuajimalpa de Morelos; the exact location is Jesús del Monte, Huixquilucan.
