Job Summary: Compusof México is seeking a Junior Systems Analyst to manage operational IT tools configuration, maintain custom developments, and provide specialized support. Key Highlights: 1. IT Ecosystem and Platform Administration: ManageEngine, Odoo, Microsoft 365 2. Maintenance of Python and PHP developments; Linux database administration 3. Specialized Level-2 support for users and platforms **Compusof México** We are looking for your talent as a Junior Systems Analyst in **CDMX.** **Requirements:** * Technical degree, Engineering, or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent related field * Experience in application support, IT platform administration, or junior development. **Knowledge:** * **Programming Languages:** Proficiency in **PHP** (maintenance of existing tools). Functional knowledge of **Python** (reading, debugging, and basic adjustments). * **Operating Systems:** Basic/intermediate **Linux** skills (repository management, file and service administration). * **Databases:** Querying, maintenance, and data management using DBeaver and SQL Express in Linux environments. Knowledge and implementation of APIs. * **Specific Platforms:** **ManageEngine** ecosystem (Service Desk Plus, Endpoint Central, AD SelfService). **Odoo ERP** (functional and basic technical administration). **Microsoft 365** (Active Directory user management and email administration). (Desirable) **Functions and Responsibilities:** * **IT Ecosystem Administration:** Operational management and configuration of ManageEngine, Odoo, and Microsoft 365 services. * **Development Maintenance:** Ensuring proper operation of scripts and applications developed in Python and PHP, including management of their databases on Linux servers. * **Infrastructure Management:** Monitoring and preventive/corrective maintenance of IT infrastructure to ensure high availability. * **Specialized Support:** Providing **Level-2** support to users and platforms, resolving issues beyond basic support scope. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Grocery voucher card **Work Arrangement:** Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Hybrid (remote and on-site), as coordinated with the team lead
