Plan, direct, and supervise private security operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards, applicable regulations, and customer satisfaction, while optimizing human and material resources to guarantee efficient and cost-effective services. Our main clients are BONAFONT, DANONE, WALMART, MERCADO LIBRE. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE Current private security regulations. Management of operational and administrative personnel. Risk assessment and contingency planning. Security and emergency protocols. Administration and monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs). Operational coverage and logistics management.
