At CASA PRIME, a well-known restaurant company located in Polanco, Ciudad de México, we are looking for enthusiastic talent to join our team as a Pastry Assistant.
### **Responsibilities:**
* Assist in preparing and decorating desserts and pastry products.
* Maintain a clean and orderly work area according to restaurant standards.
* Weigh, measure, and prepare ingredients for recipes.
* Comply with food hygiene and handling regulations.
* Collaborate in daily kitchen and pastry team activities.
### **Requirements:**
* Minimum education level: completed basic education; gastronomy or technical training in food and beverages preferred.
* Minimum of 6 months’ prior relevant experience required.
* Availability to rotate 8-hour shifts, including weekend closing shifts from 6 PM to 2 AM.
* Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.
* Responsibility and punctuality.
