Position Summary: We are seeking operational technical support for the loading, structuring, and documentation of Tech Packs in Fashion PLM, ensuring operational control and efficiency. End-to-end development and documentation of new Tech Packs **Job Description** Operational technical support for accurate loading, structuring, and documentation of Tech Packs in Fashion PLM (technical specifications, BOMs, sewing instructions, measurement charts, and packaging tables), subject to final validation. **Position Objective:** * Information control. * Meeting target deadlines without delaying operations. * Long-term operational efficiency through up-to-date product databases. * Centralized management and updating of information in PLM. * Organization of master folders. * Highly qualified replacement resource. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Setup (April):** Support with templates, SKU standardization, initial database setup. * **SKU Creation A/B/C (May and June):** SKU creation, Tech Pack cover page, sewing instructions, preliminary BOM, integration of lab validation results. * **Measurement Charts (July):** Development of base measurement charts, application of scaling/tolerances. * **2026 Projects (August):** End-to-end development and documentation of new Tech Packs. **Required Knowledge:** * Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or Textile Engineering with specialization in garment manufacturing. * Excel * Database management skills * English (Intermediate level) * Basic garment manufacturing terminology **Required Experience:** * Technical specification sheet creation * Garment manufacturing and inspection Basic knowledge of fabrics and trims * **Salary and Benefits:** $15,000 to $18,000 Gross (based on experience) * Statutory benefits plus enhanced benefits such as Savings Fund, Grocery Vouchers, and Punctuality Bonus * Monday to Friday, 8:30 am \- 6:30 pm. * Work Location: Naucalpan de Juárez **APPLY WITH AN UPDATED CV AND CONTACT INFORMATION.**
