A prominent large-format printer technology company is seeking: BILINGUAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER ADVANCED ENGLISH PROFICIENCY Job Requirements: Minimum Education: Technical-level education in information technologies, computer science, computing, electronics, or related fields. Prior experience in technical support and telephone assistance Advanced English skills; interaction with clients from the U.S. and Canada (99% of calls are in English) Knowledge of technical support, customer service, printers, and multifunction devices. Job Responsibilities: Provide telephone technical support in English for branded industrial printing machines Resolve hardware and software technical issues; specialized training will be provided. Respond to user requests and inquiries. Maintain records of reported incidents. Workdays: Monday to Friday Working hours: 8 hours per day plus 1-hour lunch break, plus two 15-minute breaks during lunch. FIXED WEEKEND DAYS OFF: SATURDAY AND SUNDAY Work Location: NEAR PARQUE DE LOS VENADOS METRO STATION ON THE GOLD LINE OR ZAPATA STATION, PORTALES NEIGHBORHOOD, BENITO JUÁREZ MUNICIPALITY We Offer: Gross monthly salary of $20,000 MXN.
