We invite you to join our qualified team at Star Médica Tlalnepantla Hospital as: **Human Resources Generalist** **Requirements:** * Possess a professional degree and license. * SAP knowledge. * Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM–2:00 PM. * Reside near the area (Cuautitlán, Atizapán de Zaragoza, and Tlalnepantla). * Federal Labor Law. * Applicable workplace regulations and guidelines. * Application of disability and work-related risk provisions (Social Security Law). **Job Responsibilities:** * Review employee documentation integration and personnel file updates for onboarding and recordkeeping. * Register personnel onboarding, offboarding, and organizational changes in SAP. * Manage onboarding and generate error reports in Face Station. * Manage and administer temporary employment contracts. * Prepare formats, employment certificates, employer letters, etc. * Address incidents and disciplinary actions arising from the Integra program, union requests, monitoring reports, and direct sources. * Process offboarding (separation or resignation) and manage related documentary evidence across departments (check\-list, checks, resignations, settlement agreements). **We Offer:** * Base salary. * Statutory benefits. * Punctuality and attendance bonuses. * Grocery vouchers. * Hospital discounts. * Discounts at department stores, optical shops, restaurants, gyms, bookstores, and more...
