Job Summary: We are seeking a full-stack developer with product sensitivity to build a clear, intuitive, and scalable digital experience, participating in frontend, backend, and UX/UI design. We seek a **full\-stack developer with product sensitivity**, who not only codes but also understands how to build a clear, intuitive, and scalable digital experience. You will work directly with the current development team and executive leadership, participating in both **frontend, backend, and UX/UI design**. **Responsibilities** **Backend Development (Core)** * Development and maintenance using **PHP (Laravel), JavaScript, React.js** * Database design and optimization (MySQL) * Creation of internal APIs * Implementation of business logic (student progress, exercises, reports) * Performance and security improvements **Frontend Development** * Implementation of responsive interfaces * Integration with backend (Blade / Vue / JS according to current stack) * Dashboard enhancements (students, teachers, administrators) **UI/UX \& Product** * Interface design in **Figma** * Prototyping of new features * User experience improvement (UX thinking) * Optimization of user flows: onboarding, exercises, progress tracking, reporting * Direct collaboration in product decisions **Optimization and Scalability** * Refactoring of existing code * Best practices (clean code, modularity) * Preparation for future integrations (mobile apps, AI, advanced analytics) **Technical Requirements** **Mandatory** * Advanced PHP * Solid experience with **Laravel** * MySQL (modeling and optimization) * HTML, CSS, JavaScript * Experience consuming or building REST APIs * Git usage (version control) **Frontend / UI** * Experience with Figma (design or implementation) * Strong visual judgment (not just coding) * Basic UX knowledge (user flows, usability, clarity) Salary: $11,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
