Job Summary: A professional with experience in personnel file management, payroll processing, and employee support for an integrated human resources role. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of personnel files and payroll 2. Employee support and resolution of payroll-related inquiries 3. Supervision and control of documentation **Responsibilities:** Personnel file management System onboarding and offboarding Handling of attendance incidents, overtime, absences, and benefits Knowledge of payroll calculation and preparation Signing of biweekly employment contracts Supervising the signing of weekly contractor agreements Scanning of personnel files Updating the database Reviewing contractor files Addressing employee inquiries regarding their payroll **Compensation Package:** Monthly gross salary: $14,000 Additional income: $1,600 per month Statutory benefits. Knowledge of HC, IDSE, SUA, INFONAVIT Proficiency in Excel and database management **Work Schedule:** Mon-Fri: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Location:** Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México.
