This role focuses on ensuring data quality, preparing inputs, consolidating information, performing analyses, generating dashboards, providing operational support for the IBP cycle, standardizing processes, and maintaining KPIs that enable decision-making by the IBP Manager and Supply Chain. This role does not define IBP strategy but executes the processes that enable it, ensuring discipline, adherence to cadence, information integrity, and operational excellence. Maintaining the connection between operational processes and global and local functions to ensure continuous improvement of supply chain processes aligned with IBP strategies. **Responsibilities:** * IBP Cycle Execution: prepare and develop inputs for MPR, Demand Review, Supply Review, IR, EBR/MBR; ensure consistency of templates and reports; track action items. * Planning Excellence: maintain SOPs, documentation, templates, and training on processes; ensure adoption of standards. * Data Management and Analytics: master data cleansing, validation, dashboard maintenance, analytical support. * Performance Management: generate KPIs (MPS adherence, OTIF, inventory levels, backorders, lead times, IBP adherence), analyze variances. * Continuous Improvement and Digitalization: support kaizen initiatives, maintain tools, identify recurring issues. * Support to IBP Manager: prepare operational packages, maintain calendars, provide tactical analysis. * Act as **Process Integrator in warehouse projects** (implementations, expansions, relocations, operational model changes) **Requirements:** * Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related to Supply Chain. * 2–4 years of experience in planning roles. * Desired knowledge of SAP ECC/SAP SCM/SAP IBP. * Experience with Power BI (dashboards and report automation) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, statistical functions). * Intermediate English. * Knowledge of IBP/S\&OP models and processes: understanding of cycle stages, templates, inputs, cadence, and key deliverables. **Competencies:** * Attention to detail. * Analytical ability. * Strong communication skills. * Continuous improvement mindset. **Why Join Us?** ================ To find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
