This opportunity is for you! Key Responsibilities: Processing and tracking purchase requests and tickets. Quoting and purchasing spare parts, equipment, and materials. Tracking purchase orders, deliveries, and invoicing. Negotiating with and managing suppliers. Updating and maintaining data in SAP and internal platforms. Administrative and logistical tracking of materials. Validating delivery timelines and stock availability. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related field (intern or graduate). Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, acquisitions, or logistics. Knowledge of supplier management and comparative quotation analysis. Basic understanding of contracts and purchase orders. Intermediate Excel proficiency. SAP knowledge is desirable. Basic English proficiency.
