Junior Accounts Payable Administrator Coyoacán, CDMX | On-site Job Description A leading BTL advertising company is looking for a Junior Accounts Payable and Receivable Administrator to join its administrative and financial team. The role requires an organized, analytical individual with excellent operational follow-up skills, capable of coordinating administrative processes, reconciliations, and payment controls while maintaining constant communication with clients, suppliers, and internal departments. This is a dynamic position, ideal for individuals who enjoy working on-the-go, continuously tracking processes, and collaborating across different company departments. Main Responsibilities Control and tracking of accounts payable Review and reconciliation of invoices Tracking of payments to clients, suppliers, and freelancers Preparation of financial reports and bank reconciliations Validation of income and expenses with commercial and production departments Organization and control of administrative documentation Timely tracking of internal processes and payment deadlines Requirements Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, or related field 3 years of experience in accounts payable Advanced Excel proficiency Knowledge of bank reconciliations and administrative control Skills and Competencies Organization and attention to detail Effective communication Proactivity Sense of urgency Administrative follow-up and control Punctuality and responsibility We Offer Salary: $19,000 gross Bi-weekly attendance bonus Statutory benefits from day one Enhanced benefits upon completion of probationary period: Punctuality bonus Food vouchers Major medical expense insurance Life insurance FONACOT Work Location Coyoacán, CDMX Preferably residing within a maximum 1-hour commute.
