We are looking for our next: **Credit and Collections Analyst**! Professional Profile: * Bachelor's degree in economics or administrative fields (e.g., Business Administration, Accounting, or related). * 6 months to 1 year of experience in credit and collections processes, especially with self-service and wholesale customers (e.g., Soriana, City, Chedraui, Walmart, Coppel, Costco). Responsibilities: * Analyze outstanding receivable balances per customer and ensure timely follow-up. * Record collections in the SAP system to keep financial information up to date and facilitate reporting to the Credit Management team and other involved departments. * Organize and safeguard payment documentation, credit notes, and collection supporting documents, ensuring their availability for consultation. * Coordinate with the General Cashier’s office to monitor received payments, ensuring proper administration. * Schedule and track collection logistics based on each customer’s established processes and timelines. Knowledge and Tools: * Basic accounting and finance knowledge. * SAP proficiency (Collections module). * Intermediate Excel (data analysis, payment tracking, etc.).
