Ongoing training and commercial development Sales Development Representative (SDR) – SaaS A growing technology company in the SaaS sector is looking for SDRs with commercial energy, a hunter mindset, and a passion for consultative sales. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold outreach, strategic prospecting, and lead qualification for the sales team. Responsibilities: * Outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, phone calls, email, and other platforms * Lead generation and qualification for the sales pipeline * Identification of decision-makers and business opportunities * Scheduling meetings for the sales team * Sales follow-up and CRM updates * Collaboration with marketing and sales teams Requirements: * Prior experience as an SDR, BDR, SaaS sales professional, or in cold prospecting * Excellent communication skills and verbal fluency * Results-oriented profile focused on pipeline generation * Experience using tools such as LinkedIn, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar * Conversational English is a plus We Offer: * Base salary + attractive commission structure * Professional growth within a tech company * Dynamic and high-performance environment * Exposure to the SaaS and technology ecosystem * Ongoing training and commercial development opportunities Ideal for candidates with a commercial mindset, hunter orientation, and ambition to grow within technology and B2B sales.
