The ideal candidate will be a digital strategist and versatile content creator, capable of enhancing our online presence, driving engagement, and supporting business objectives. Prior experience in innovation and digital transformation consulting firms is highly valued, as it will enable a deeper understanding of our industry and target audiences. **JOB DESCRIPTION** The Community Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our content marketing strategy across all key digital platforms, with a strategic focus on LinkedIn for brand building and B2B lead generation. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS** Digital Marketing Strategy Development: Design, develop, and execute a comprehensive digital and content marketing strategy aligned with the company's business goals. Content Creation and Curation: Produce innovative and relevant content in various formats: Textual: Posts, articles, press releases, compelling descriptions. Visual: Design of static images, infographics, carousels. Audiovisual: Creation and editing of short videos (reels), animations, and other dynamic formats. Analysis and Optimization: Monitor post and campaign performance using analytical tools. Personal Branding Management (Leaders): Support the development and amplification of personal brands for leaders and experts. **ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS** Content and Digital Marketing: Extensive knowledge of methodologies, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing. Proven experience in the strategic management of corporate and personal profiles on LinkedIn for B2B networking, lead generation, and brand positioning. Strategic Communication: Excellent writing, spelling, and grammar skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences and platforms. Social Analytics: Ability to interpret data, metrics, and performance trends to optimize strategies. Creativity and Innovation: Ability to generate fresh and original ideas, adapting to market and industry trends. Results Orientation: Proactive approach to achieving engagement goals, audience growth, and support for generating business opportunities.
