Summary: Seeking a temporary Project Controller to support financial management and budgetary control for projects within the Services Finance team. Highlights: 1. Collaborative and dynamic work environment with professional development. We are looking for a **Project Controller (Temporary)** to join our **Services Finance team** based in **Mexico**. This role is critical to supporting the financial management and budgetary control of ongoing projects, ensuring financial targets are met, costs are properly allocated, and key business performance indicators are accurately tracked. This is a **one\-year temporary position** supporting the North America region finance organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform financial monitoring of projects including **costs, revenues, margins, and budget variances**. * Support the preparation and review of monthly financial performance reports (P\&L, cash flow, forecasts, and variance analysis). * Coordinate with Project Management, Procurement, and Accounting teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and invoicing. * Support monthly financial close activities related to projects including **accruals, provisions, and revenue recognition**. * Review and validate purchase orders, invoices, and project\-related costs. * Support the preparation of financial forecasts at project and regional levels. * Assist with internal and external audit processes by providing financial data and supporting documentation. * Maintain updated financial information in **SAP** and other financial management systems. * Support continuous improvement initiatives related to financial reporting, controls, and process efficiency. * Collaborate with operational teams to strengthen financial visibility and project cost control. **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in **Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field**. * Previous experience in **project controlling, financial analysis, or project finance** is preferred. * **Advanced English (mandatory)** with the ability to work in an international environment. * Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast\-paced environment. * Experience working with **SAP or similar ERP systems** is highly desirable. * Strong Excel and financial reporting skills preferred. **Key Competencies** * Strong teamwork and cross\-functional communication skills. * Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills. * Results\-oriented with strong sense of ownership and accountability. * Ability to effectively support Project Managers and operational teams with financial insights. * Continuous improvement mindset with interest in process optimization and reporting automation. **What We Offer** * The opportunity to work on complex infrastructure or energy\-related projects with real impact. * Exposure to international finance and project operations. * A collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Professional development opportunities.
