We are looking for outstanding talent to join us. **OBJECTIVE:** We seek a proactive and independent salesperson with experience in customer development, customer service, and sales. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent sales skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers. **RESPONSIBILITIES OR FUNCTIONS:** * Responsible for opening, closing, and managing store staff six days per week. * Interact with customers in a friendly and efficient manner. * Maintain a clean and organized store. * Conduct inventory checks and restock supplies. * Acquire new customers within the assigned area. * Conduct home visits to demonstrate products and services. * Establish and maintain strong business relationships with potential and existing customers. * Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales. * Report on sales activities and progress. * Achieve monthly sales targets. * Requirements: * Minimum two years of retail or commission-based sales experience. Experience selling speakers is preferred. * Extensive experience in customer development, lead management, business visits, and deal closure. * Prior B2B (business-to-business) sales experience is a plus. * Education: High school diploma or university studies (preferred). * Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license; willingness to travel. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills. * Proficiency in basic office software (email, CRM, or Excel).
