




### **Job Description** Drive efficiency and optimization of business processes through the implementation and management of technological solutions, with a primary focus on automation using disruptive technologies such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation), APA (Agentic Process Automation), AI, etc. This role requires a solid understanding of business processes and technical expertise in computer systems and software development, with proven experience in designing and managing RPA bots—preferably using Automation Anywhere—and handling ITSM systems. Provide strategic support to the digital solutions portfolio within the Transformation Office by adopting customer-centric perspectives (service delivery, quality perception, organizational effectiveness, areas for improvement, continuous improvement, etc.). ### **Responsibilities** * Collaborate with various organizational departments to identify processes suitable for automation, analyzing their technical feasibility and potential for improvement. * RPA/APA Solution Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement solutions using the Automation Anywhere (AA) platform to automate processes. * Management and Maintenance: Monitor the performance of implemented solutions, perform necessary maintenance, resolve issues, and apply continuous improvement. * Collaborate on other digital transformation projects requiring expertise in systems and automation. * Accountable for solution implementation and for customer experience with those solutions, value-driven initiatives, and related processes. * Collaborate in the evaluation and implementation of departmental projects and initiatives, as applicable. * Support the execution of external audit processes by assisting responsible functions to obtain the Group’s audited financial statements. * Address support tickets related to the AA platform. * Provide support related to the AA platform. * This position reports to the Manager of Digital Processes ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. * Prior experience: 3 years or more. * Experience in similar roles or in software development, process analysis, and customer-facing positions. * Experience in Retail business processes or related domains (a plus). * English: Intermediate (technical). * General technical knowledge: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Think-Cell (or similar), Oracle or similar (ERP functionality), hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere’s RPA platform. * Specific knowledge: Software and RPA (bot) development. * Knowledge of Business Processes and BPMN standards (a plus) ### **Competencies** * Adaptability to change * Results orientation * Problem analysis * Customer orientation * Planning * Effective communication * Innovation * Teamwork * Frustration tolerance
