We are looking for a Motorcycle Collection Agent to join our team at Banco Azteca! As a motorcycle collection agent, you will be responsible for managing and recovering our customers' overdue accounts. We want someone results-oriented, capable of working independently, and with strong communication skills. Responsibilities: * Visit customers to manage the collection of overdue debts. * Negotiate and establish payment agreements with customers. * Continuously monitor outstanding accounts and ensure timely payments. * Maintain accurate records of all collection activities performed. Requirements: * Previous experience in collections management. * Ability to work in the field and availability to work flexible hours. * Knowledge of collection and negotiation techniques. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts effectively. * Valid motorcycle driver's license.
