Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and solution-oriented individual to handle operational coordination, shipment tracking, and customer service for freight transportation. Key Highlights: 1. Young, dynamic, and rapidly expanding company At Roma Transportes, we seek a highly organized, solution-oriented individual with strong operational follow-up skills to join our operations team. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in freight transportation, customer service, and operational coordination who enjoy working in dynamic environments with constant communication. We seek someone who not only monitors shipments but actively engages in operations, demonstrates initiative, and maintains effective communication with both customers and carriers/operators. **What will you do daily?** \-**Track and update vehicle status with customers.** ** \-Maintain constant communication with transportation companies, operators, and customers.** ** \-Coordinate and assign trips.** ** \-Search for and monitor vehicle availability.** ** \-Handle and resolve operational incidents.** ** \-Manage appointments, maneuvers, and returns.** ** \-Monitor on-time deliveries and pickups.** ** \-Update operational reports and KPIs.** ** \-Coordinate with administrative and operational departments.** ** \-Use of TMS, customer platforms, Excel, and digital tools.** **Candidate Profile:** Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in logistics, transportation, or operational coordination Experience in vehicle tracking and customer service Experience managing transportation companies as vendors.
