What will you do? - Prepare drawings, renderings, sketches, and visual tools (e.g., collages, conceptual boards). - Present project progress and participate in client meetings. - Conduct property surveys (measurements, photographs, documentation). - Research technical concepts for project development. - Model in 3D using Revit and generate technical documentation. Essential Requirements: - Degree in Architecture. - Intermediate-to-advanced experience with Revit. - Basic knowledge of construction budgeting and volumetric quantification. - Intermediate proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD.
