




Job Summary: Ensure the accurate preparation, validation, and control of operational documentation for shipments, transportation, and deliveries, complying with legal and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare and validate documentation for goods inbound and outbound. 2. Record movements in the system (WMS / ERP). 3. Coordinate with transportation, traffic, and warehouse departments. Objective Ensure the accurate preparation, validation, and control of operational documentation related to shipments, transportation, and deliveries, guaranteeing compliance with legal, administrative, and customer requirements. Requirements **Education:** Completed high school diploma (minimum) **Preferred:** Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field **Experience:** 1–2 years in similar positions (documentation, logistics, traffic) Experience in transportation companies or third-party logistics providers (3PL) (preferred) Main Responsibilities Prepare and validate documentation for goods inbound and outbound. Record movements in the system (WMS / ERP). Verify that documentation matches physical goods. Generate daily operations reports. Control and archive documents (invoices, delivery notes, orders). Coordinate with transportation, traffic, and warehouse departments. Identify inconsistencies and report them promptly. Support cyclic inventories and audits. Track documentation-related incidents.
