




Job Description and Activity Details **What You Will Do:** * Analyze data and trends across the entire Value Stream/Business Unit to identify opportunities for improvement. * Collaborate with the functional team to develop and implement a plan to transform the current state map into the future state map using lean techniques. * Execute and coordinate continuous improvement tasks and projects within the Value Stream/Business Unit. * Foster project management discipline by providing expertise and support in project intake, initiation, planning, execution, transition, and closure, including support for Management of Change. * Promote a sustainable continuous improvement culture (Lean Sigma) to deliver business results by serving as Mentor and Subject Matter Expert on continuous improvement methodologies for the department. * Collaborate with local and Corporate Continuous Improvement organizations. * Develop, promote, and coordinate cultural activities with HR, EHS & Quality departments to foster engagement and awareness of the Integrated Systems CI mindset. * Coordinate Leadership Week, Lean bootcamp training, monthly trainings, etc. * Participate in and support policy deployment exercises such as x-matrix, risk register, macro plan, among others. * Streamline processes and operations to enable growth. * Lead project progress meetings and communications for projects owned by this position. * Conduct 30-60-90 day reviews after project closures to ensure successful delivery has been achieved. Experience and Requirements **Qualifications You Must Have** * At least 2 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence (OPEX), or Industrial Engineering roles, with a strong background in Operational or Excellence Systems deployment. * Minimum of 1 year of experience implementing Lean tools in manufacturing environments within the aerospace industry. * Experience interacting with all organizational levels (operators, supervisors, engineers, managers & directors). * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business disciplines is preferred. * Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English; ability to maintain regular communication in both languages. * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and compliance with industry standards. * Advanced application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies in both shop floor and functional environments. Demonstrated understanding of Lean Manufacturing methodologies. * Advanced Project Management knowledge. Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in relevant analytical tools.
