Due to expansion, we are seeking a **TRAINING EXECUTIVE**. **Objective**: Design, implement, and evaluate training programs to improve the sales team’s skills, responsible for facilitating learning and its application among existing company personnel, thereby ensuring proper employee development. **Requirements:** Academic background: University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Professional experience: Minimum of 4 years required in product and technical sales training roles. Technical knowledge: Prior experience in developing training materials and evaluating learning programs. **DC5 Certification is mandatory.** **Willingness to travel is required.** **Responsibilities:** Identify training needs in coordination with sales area leaders. Design training content, materials, and programs (in-person, virtual, or hybrid). Theoretical/practical development of diverse thematic content and engaging training materials (application of teaching methods and techniques). Deliver courses, workshops, and technical and product-oriented operational training. Follow up with participants and support their continuous development. Propose ongoing improvements to teaching methods and materials. Maintain updated records of attendance, evaluation, and program compliance.
