




Position Summary: Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs compliant with Mexican Official Standards (NOM) to develop occupational competencies and ensure regulatory compliance. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of reforms and updates to applicable standards **Position Objective** Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs focused on compliance with Mexican Official Standards (NOM), contributing to the development of occupational competencies and organizations’ regulatory compliance. **Work Modality** Freelance (per project or per delivered course) **Main Responsibilities** * Design and deliver training courses aligned with Mexican Official Standards (NOM). * Develop instructional materials (presentations, manuals, assessments, training evidence). * Evaluate participants’ learning using theoretical and practical assessment tools. * Issue Labor Skills Certificates (DC\-3\) in accordance with current regulations. * Ensure compliance with STPS guidelines on training. * Adapt training content according to the client’s industry and specific needs. * Compile training files (attendance lists, assessments, photographic evidence, etc.). * Provide basic advisory services to companies on regulatory compliance in training. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of reforms and updates to applicable standards. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years of training delivery experience. * Demonstrable experience delivering courses related to Mexican Official Standards (NOM). **Certifications (Mandatory)** * Registration as an external training provider with the STPS. * Valid certification for issuing DC\-3\ certificates. * Certifications in Competency Standards (CONOCER). Salary: $9,549\.68 \- $18,845\.95 per month Work Location: On-site employment
