With the objective of strengthening training and academic development processes, we request a teacher or academic advisor with proven experience in teaching, tutoring, or educational consulting who can provide systematic and specialized support to students in an advisory role. The selected professional must provide guidance in designing and implementing learning strategies, academic planning, advising on research project development, as well as reviewing and improving theoretical and methodological competencies. Special consideration will be given to the ability to adapt guidance to the specific needs of each student and to foster autonomous development of critical and analytical thinking. Applicants must hold a university degree in the relevant field, preferably holding a master's or doctoral degree, and demonstrate prior experience in teaching or academic support roles.
