Job Summary: This position ensures real-time monitoring of operations, routes, and personnel, guaranteeing on-time deliveries and timely incident detection. Key Highlights: 1. Support in order reassignment and report generation **Job Objective:** Ensure accurate real-time monitoring of operations (routes, orders, and operational staff), guaranteeing on-time delivery performance and timely incident detection or resolution. **Responsibilities:** * Real-time monitoring of vehicles and routes via GPS or internal platforms. * Order tracking and delivery time monitoring. * Identification, reporting, and follow-up of incidents (delays, deviations, unauthorized stops, etc.). * Continuous communication with operational staff (drivers, shoppers, dispatchers). * Logging of incidents in systems or logs. * Timely escalation of critical situations. * Validation of route start and completion. * Support in order reassignment when necessary. * Generation of operational reports. **Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * On-time delivery compliance (SLA) * Incident response time * Percentage of incidents resolved * % of routes correctly monitored **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma (minimum) * 6 months to 1 year of experience in monitoring or logistics (preferred) * Basic to intermediate Excel skills * Familiarity with GPS tracking platforms (preferred) * Availability to work rotating shifts * **Knowledge Areas:** * GPS monitoring * Operational tracking * Database management * Logistics systems (WMS, TMS or similar – preferred) * Competencies: * Attention to detail * Sense of urgency * Effective communication * Decision-making ability * Ability to work under pressure * Organization and follow-up skills * **We Offer:** * **Monthly salary: $11,000 to $12,500 (based on experience)** * **Statutory benefits** * **Job stability** * Growth opportunities Employment type: Full-time, Project-based or fixed-term contract Contract duration: 3 months Salary: $11,000.00 - $12,500.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Remote work * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work location: Hybrid remote work in 11520, Granada, CDMX
