Position: Assistant Accountant Job Profile Age: 30 to 45 years Gender: Indistinct Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting (certified) Experience: Minimum of 3 years in similar positions Required Knowledge and Skills * **General Accounting:** Recording and controlling accounting operations according to current regulations * **Warehouse Management:** Inventory control, incoming and outgoing goods, costing of stored products * **Production Costs:** Calculation and analysis of direct and indirect costs, preparation of production and sales cost statements * **Taxes:** Calculation and filing of Income Tax (ISR), VAT (IVA), withholdings, and federal and state tax obligations * **Payroll:** Payroll calculation and stamping, handling incidents, integration for IMSS * **Accounting Systems:** Proficiency with COI and NOI (Aspel or compatible software) * **DIOT:** Filing the Informative Return of Transactions with Third Parties * **IMSS / SUA:** Registrations, cancellations, salary modifications, calculation of employer-employee contributions * **Bank Reconciliations:** Analysis and reconciliation with accounting records * **Management of accounts payable cash flow** Personal Competencies * High sense of responsibility and professional ethics * Accuracy in handling figures and attention to detail * Organization and document control * Ability to work under pressure and meet tax deadlines * Teamwork and effective communication * WE OFFER: Salary: $16,000 to $18,000 MXN monthly (depending on experience and skills) Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $16,000.00 \- $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
