**Job Description:** We are looking for a Production Line Supervisor responsible for operating equipment to ensure its proper functioning, promoting teamwork among staff in the area, and meeting daily production schedules within quality, safety, and security standards. **Responsibilities:** * Operate and verify the correct functioning of equipment. * Ensure compliance with the daily production schedule. * Guarantee adherence to quality and safety standards. * Maintain daily production records and logs. * Promote teamwork and effective communication with personnel to ensure optimal operations. * Keep the work area organized and compliant with safety standards during operations. * Perform daily deep cleaning of equipment, furniture, and accessories. **Requirements:** * Technical high school diploma or technical degree in food, processes, or related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in food production processes or equipment handling. * Leadership, organization, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. * Preferably aged 25\-45. * Proactive, problem-solving skills, and sense of urgency. * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. * Flexible working hours availability. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary from 13,000 to 14,000. * Option for indefinite contract. * Two days off per week. * Statutory benefits. * Monthly grocery allowance. * Job stability.
