Job Description: A leading company in automatic access control solutions is seeking an **Access Automation Technical Specialist** to join our Service team. Position Objective Perform technical services including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automatic access system equipment, ensuring proper operation and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities * Install and configure automatic access equipment according to assigned projects. * Diagnose faults and generate technical reports. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to manufacturer manuals. * Provide technical support to customers for correct equipment installation and operation. * Coordinate work with electronic security integrators. Requirements * Education: Recently graduated technician in access automation, mechanical engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 **year** of experience in electronic security and/or automatic doors. * Intermediate English (ability to read technical manuals). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. * Availability for occasional travel.
