Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior CAD Architect focused on producing construction drawings and construction generators, requiring speed and precision in AutoCAD 2D. Key Highlights: 1. Goal-oriented work under time pressure A construction-sector company is looking for a **100% production-focused Senior CAD Architect**, specialized in **outsourced construction drawings and construction generators**. **This is NOT an architectural design position.** It is a technical production role demanding **speed and precision in AutoCAD 2D**. **Position Objective** To produce construction drawings and their **construction generators (generator numbers)** from sketches, meeting **technical standards and weekly production targets**. **Main Responsibilities** * Interpretation of sketches (freehand) and conversion into **AutoCAD 2D** * Creation of **construction generators** (closed polylines, quantity takeoffs) * Drawing revisions based on **redlines and weekly reviews** * Delivery of construction-ready drawings within defined timelines **Requirements (MANDATORY)** * Architecture or Civil Engineering degree (intern or graduate) * **Proven experience in construction generators / quantity takeoffs** * Proficiency in **AutoCAD 2D** with **high drawing speed** * Ability to work toward goals under time pressure * Discipline, organization, and results orientation University of origin is not a screening criterion.
