WE ARE HIRING: Jr. Process Engineer Requirements: Education: Degree in Textile or Industrial Engineering (completed) Experience: 1 year in a similar position. Responsibilities: a) Carry out standard practices of production processes, evaluating the feasibility and functionality of the work method, equipment used, and working conditions for performing operations on the line. b) Conduct time studies, record evidence, and perform analytical assessments of processes and productive activities at Colchas México and its different warehouses to verify operation time standards, and together with production departments, ensure quality and sustainable preservation of materials and products. c) Monitor the implementation of new work methods on production lines to guarantee optimization of all available resources. d) Apply efficiency techniques to increase personnel productivity when requested by production.
