Your responsibilities will include ensuring the accurate recording, control, and analysis of the company’s accounting, tax, and financial information, in compliance with current legal and regulatory requirements. REQUIREMENTS · Age: 25\-40 years · Gender: Not specified · Academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or Accounting (only). · Desirable certifications or courses in tax regulations, internal control, or auditing. · 3 to 5 years of experience in general and tax accounting within commercial or industrial companies. · Experience handling taxes, revenues, expenditures, audits, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. · Desirable experience in chemical sector companies, distribution, or marketing of raw materials. MADERO, CDMX C.P 07300 WORK CONDITIONS · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM · Work modality (on-site) · Economic conditions and benefits. · Challenges, training, and opportunities RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS · Record and control all company accounting transactions (revenues, expenditures, inventories, payroll, etc.). · Reconcile bank accounts and review financial statements. · Calculate, file, and remit federal and state taxes (VAT, Income Tax, withholdings, etc.). · Ensure compliance with obligations before SAT and IMSS. · Maintain up-to-date electronic accounting in accordance with current regulations. · Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. · Prepare and review payroll, employee benefits, and social security contributions. · Manage incidents and transactions with IMSS/INFONAVIT/FONACOT. · Prepare documentation for internal and external audits. · Experience in inter-company operations. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE · Financial Information Standards (NIF). · Current Mexican tax and labor legislation. · Proficiency in **electronic accounting** and tax filings. · Accounting systems and ERP platforms (e.g., CONTPAQi, SAP, or similar). · Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. · Analytical and critical thinking. · Organization and planning. · Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping. · Confidentiality and professional ethics. · Effective communication and teamwork. · Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. · Objective-based work.
