




**Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Mandatory) * Intermediate – Advanced English (Desirable) * +1 year of experience in similar positions * Proficiency in Excel and SAP **Key Responsibilities:** * **End-to-End Expense Reporting Management in Concur:** Review and approve employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with policies, proper attachment of supporting documents, and accurate accounting coding. * **Processing and Reconciliation of Reimbursements and Corporate Cards:** Process employee reimbursements promptly and accurately, supporting the reconciliation of corporate cards with expenses recorded in Concur to resolve discrepancies. * **User Support and Report Generation:** Provide support and training to employees on Concur usage and expense policy, as well as generate detailed reports for budgetary control and financial analysis. * **Lease Contract Management and Updates:** Maintain a detailed and up-to-date record of all lease contracts for Sephora’s properties (stores, offices, warehouses). * **Processing and Accounting of Rent Invoices:** Verify and process monthly rent invoices, ensuring amount accuracy per contracts, timely payment, and correct allocation to cost centers. * **Calculation of Adjustments, Communication and Tracking of Guarantees:** Calculate and apply annual rent adjustments, manage communication with landlords/lessors to resolve discrepancies, and maintain control over guarantees and deposits related to leases.
