Each day, you will face **new and interesting challenges** in this role, for which you will be responsible: * Coordinating the development of normative manuals, ensuring compliance with internal control guidelines established by the Board of Directors and applicable regulations governing the Institution. * Reviewing risk and control matrices related to institutional projects, ensuring inclusion of inherent risks and corresponding mitigating controls—in coordination with Project Managers and the Process and Management Auditor—and presenting outcomes to the Executive Directorate of Regulatory Internal Audit and Disbursements. * Managing process improvement projects for the Executive Directorate of Regulatory Internal Audit and Disbursements, ensuring timely and proper delivery of outputs from implementing departments. **Requirements:** * Professional education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Finance. * Years of experience: 5 years in the financial/banking industry. * Areas of expertise: Internal Audit, Audit, Risk Management, or Project Management. * Required knowledge: Intermediate-level proficiency in Office software suites, accounting, risk management, and project management. * Languages: Intermediate English. * Willingness to travel: No * Willingness to relocate: No At Banorte, we operate under a principle of equal opportunity.
