




Position Summary: Section Coordinator responsible for managing the Institutional Educational Project, promoting teamwork and the development of the educational community. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership or coordination experience in the educational field 2. Management of the development and implementation of the Institutional Educational Project 3. Staff training and coordination of educational processes Bachelor's degree in Education Sciences or related fields. Age between 35 and 45 years. English: FCE Cambridge or TOEFL 543 \- 626\. At least five years of teaching practice in the relevant field, plus leadership or coordination experience in education. Manage the development and implementation of the Institutional Educational Project within the assigned Section, promoting shared responsibility among staff, students, and parents according to their respective roles, to build a community oriented toward fulfilling the Institute’s Mission. 1\) Trains staff to properly perform their duties. 2\) Develops an annual plan for the assigned Section. 3\) Ensures that teachers’ work plans comply with the Institute’s methodology. 4\) Monitors the effectiveness of teaching practice. 5\) Monitors the effectiveness of tutorial practice. 6\) Ensures correct application of the Coexistence Manual. 7\) Coordinates evaluation of processes and personnel within the assigned Section. 8\) Coordinates Technical Council meetings. 9\) Provides support to parents. 10\) Ensures adequate supply of materials and equipment in the area. 11\) Coordinates diagnostic evaluations of prospective students. 12\) Establishes links between the Section and internal/external entities. 13\) Actively and responsibly participates in the Campus Guidance Team. 14\) Contributes to implementing established processes, programs, and activities. 15\) Participates in training meetings and programs. 16\) Contributes to achieving the Institute’s Mission. \- Flexible working hours. \- Full-time exclusive employment at IT. \- Ability to work under pressure. \- Personnel management skills. \- Sensitivity and interest in basic education. \- Professional appearance. \- Social Constructivist Inquiry-Based Methodology. \- School administration. \- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS). \- Pedagogy for children and adolescents. \- Proficiency in computer tools.
