RESPONSIBILITIES: One year providing first-level technical service and support to various clients and users, covering both software and hardware. Ability to clearly understand and gather client requirements. Knowledge of information technologies: computing equipment, hardware, software, access control, CCTV, structured cabling, networks, communications, or related areas. Knowledge of service desk systems. Availability and willingness to work 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Basic maintenance knowledge of facilities is desirable.
