Process Engineer – Experience in Sewing or Material Injection Toluca, State of Mexico A manufacturing/automotive sector company is seeking a Process Engineer with technical and operational experience in industrial sewing or material injection processes, focused on continuous improvement and production efficiency. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and optimize production processes in sewing or injection lines. * Analyze cycle times and motions, establish work standards, and improve efficiency. * Implement technical solutions to reduce waste and enhance quality. * Participate in product transfers, launch of new processes, and prototype validation. * Train operational staff on new instructions or improvements. * Support internal audits and ensure compliance with specifications. Required Profile: * Completed engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Textile, or related field). * Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial sewing or plastic/polypropylene injection processes. * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, etc.). * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. * Automotive or interior manufacturing industry experience preferred. * Technical English (preferred).
