Management of the national Pyme credit portfolio (5,000 clients). 2. Generation of Excel files and cross-referencing of information. 3. Consolidation of information and analysis to support decision-making. 4. Making phone calls and sending emails to Pyme clients for collections purposes. 5. Coordination with commercial departments to suspend services for delinquent clients. 6. Identification of causes of delinquency and outstanding balances. 7. Resolution of pending clarifications with clients. 8. Preparation of payment agreements. 9. Supervision of approximately seven unionized staff members.
