Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Leader to lead process design, documentation, and improvement; coordinate process mapping and redesign; and drive continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Location: Azcapotzalco, CDMX (San Juan Tlihuaca neighborhood) Company: Expansion project Work Mode: Hybrid Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Salary: • $23,535 monthly gross • Biweekly payment • Statutory benefits (100% IMSS) Key Responsibilities: • Lead process design, documentation, and improvement • Coordinate process mapping and redesign (BPMN) • Implement KPIs and performance metrics • Ensure compliance with standards (ISO, ITIL, CMMI) • Drive continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) • Align processes with technological tools (SAP, CRM, RPA) • Support internal and external audits • Manage policies and process governance Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or related field • 2–4 years of experience in processes, quality, or continuous improvement • Experience in BPM and process modeling (BPMN) • Knowledge of standards: ISO, ITIL, CMMI • Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with tools such as Bizagi, Visio, etc. If interested, please apply through this channel—we will contact you shortly.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor’s Degree 2 years of experience Age: 20–50 years Knowledge Areas: Industrial Engineering, Production Processes, Process Improvement Keywords: analyst
