





* Supervise the execution of operational processes in receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping across all three shifts. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the account: productivity, cycle times, service level (SLA), returns, and quality. * Ensure proper planning of human, material, and infrastructure resources per shift according to account demand. * Validate order scheduling, task assignments, and daily operational priorities. * Resolve operational incidents affecting delivery times or customer satisfaction. * Maintain constant communication with the client (e-commerce account) regarding operational reports, incidents, promotions, or changes in demand. * Address requests and follow up on special client requirements. * Prepare account performance reports and propose process improvements. * Verify compliance with internal procedures and policies (inventory, shrinkage control, documentation). * Supervise the recording and control of system transactions (WMS, ERP, client platforms). * Participate in internal or external audits related to the account.
