As part of this growth, we are seeking a Field Service Engineer (FSE) to join the LATAM Team. The position will report primarily to the Australia\-based FSE Lead and will work closely with the LATAM Sales Director, Operations Team and Engineering Teams. This role will focus exclusively on customer\-facing field engineering support, ensuring successful deployment, integration, and sustainment of DroneShield’s systems across LATAM. **Responsibilities, Duties and Expectations** * Collaborate with the Sales and Australian Delivery teams to provide technical support during customer engagements, system architecture reviews, and solution scoping. * Plan, manage, and execute the installation and integration of multi\-product C\-UAS systems in the field. * Serve as the primary technical interface for customers, handling system diagnostics, troubleshooting, software upgrades, and maintenance. * Perform validation testing of new hardware and software releases, reporting feedback to Engineering. * Deliver operator and maintainer training for end\-users. * Capture, document, and escalate field feedback to inform product improvements. * Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers across a diverse range of technical and cultural backgrounds. * Provide remote and on\-the\-ground technical support to customers * Conduct engineering investigation and analysis to resolve technical issues with limited support * Develop and maintain documentation of DroneShield systems and processes to ensure continual improvements over time * Establish and maintain close relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
