We seek someone who understands the theory — a professional capable of connecting artificial intelligence models with our real-world operations. You will be the key piece in transforming data into automated decisions, optimizing our logistics and commercial processes, and ensuring AI functions as an efficient engine within Linkbits. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Computer Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields. Experience: 1–3 years in roles related to Data Engineering, Machine Learning Operations (MLOps), or software development focused on integrating AI APIs. Technical Knowledge: Programming languages for data and AI (Python is mandatory). Proficiency in RESTful APIs for integrating AI services (LLMs, Computer Vision, etc.). Basic/intermediate knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for model deployment; use of version control tools (Git/GitHub). Knowledge of AI frameworks (LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar) is a plus. Ability to document technical workflows and solution architectures. Responsibilities: Identify business opportunities where AI can automate repetitive tasks or improve decision-making (e.g., demand forecasting, inventory classification, customer support). Design and implement data pipelines to feed AI models. Integrate pre-trained or custom AI models into our current systems (ERP, CRM, Web). Monitor performance of implemented solutions and adjust parameters to improve accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with the IT team and business units to understand and enhance processes, translating them into viable technical solutions. Document solution architectures, data flows, and user manuals for internal team members. Stay updated on new AI tools and trends applicable to the distribution and retail industry. Provide initial technical support to business units using newly implemented AI tools. Competencies: Logical-analytical thinking and results orientation. Technological curiosity and ability to learn quickly and independently. Effective communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
