**Job Objective:**
To manage and execute photovoltaic projects under the EPC model (Engineering, Procurement & Construction), ensuring compliance with schedule, budget, quality, and applicable regulations.
**Responsibilities:**
* End-to-end coordination of solar EPC projects
* Supervision of engineering, procurement, and construction activities
* Monitoring of schedules, budgets, and construction progress
* Coordination with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
* Review of engineering deliverables (layouts, calculation reports, specifications)
* On-site supervision (installation, mounting, testing, and commissioning)
* Risk management and resolution of project deviations
* Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations (electrical, safety, quality)
* Preparation of progress and project closure reports
**Requirements:**
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
* 2–5 years of experience in photovoltaic (EPC) projects
* Field experience and project coordination experience
* Knowledge of photovoltaic systems (LV and MV)
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or solar design software (PVsyst preferred)
* Familiarity with applicable regulations (NOM, CFE, interconnection standards)
* Willingness to travel
* Valid Professional License (Cédula Profesional)
* Medium Voltage experience
