Internal instructor role for technical training and advisory **Job Description:** We are seeking a candidate with solid knowledge in software architecture and design. Candidate must hold a degree in Information Technologies \- Systems or related field; NOT currently enrolled students; recent graduate with degree in hand. Must not live more than 1 hour from Polanco. Full-time position. AI usage required. Main Responsibilities: 1\. Implement processes and standards through software development components to deliver high-quality products; 2\. Propose design and improvements for current and future applications; 3\. Recommend appropriate technologies for developed applications; 4\. Document the proposed and/or suggested technical solution (source code) through code standardization to meet the client's required needs; 5\. Serve as an internal instructor to support internal training and/or technical advisory, thereby building team project capabilities; 6\. Adhere to programming, design, and usability standards across all deliverables. 7\. Write unit tests for all developed functionalities; 8\. Estimate development time for assigned tasks; 9\. Identify functionalities or components that can be reused across systems; 10\. Report status updates and issues encountered during development; and 11\. Provide technical support to office users. Requirements: Knowledge: Structured cabling, networking, CCTV, ITSM tools (Remedy, Odoo, Zendesk, Jira), remote access platforms (TeamViewer, AnyDesk), office productivity suites (MS Office, Google Workspace, WPS), troubleshooting, dedicated software (HDD Sentinel, mRemote, IP Scan, Acronis), antivirus consoles (ESET, AVG, Panda, Norton, etc.), basic understanding of the OSI model, familiarity with agile methodologies (ITIL, SCRUM, etc.), teamwork; Ability to work under pressure; Analytical skills and ability to follow instructions; Willingness to learn; Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Friday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Employment type: Project-based or fixed-term contract, Probationary period Contract duration: 1 month; upon successful completion of the probationary period and confirmation of suitability, permanent employment will be offered.
